Great googly moogly
I’m still suffering from some sort of sinus infection and I feel like I’ve been sick for 18 years. At this point I’m just hoping for a good nights sleep. We’re also starting to move into our finished bedroom, a house project 2+ years in the making. Looking for a winter of more relaxing activities.
Elder Scrolls Online - Zenimax Studios
Elder Scrolls Online(ESO) is another one of the MMORPG’s that I keep returning to. I previously wrote about Star Trek Online being one I can’t help return to, and this is another big one in my life. I have typically focused on single player portions of this game, the so-called overland areas and story missions. This game is loaded, you might say overloaded, with single player areas to explore and experience. Theres a lot of activity on this game, it seems to be a fairly thriving experience. Anyone who has played and loved any of the Elder Scrolls Games(Morrowind has a special spot in my life) will get a lot of good tingles from playing this game. The music, voice acting, stories, and aesthetics all remind of all the other Elder Scrolls game. One big complaint is the combat. It can feel a bit shallow and button mashing without solid feedback. I’ve only played through about 1/3rd of the base game’s story areas, some various DLC areas and dungeons, on mostly a single DPS character. Theres still tons of material left here for me to explore.
ESO is currently a one-time purchase for the base game(usually packaged with the latest story zone) and for a monthly subscription you can get all the DLC zones and additional benefits that I usually find worth it to fully experience.
Thanks for reading!
